Well done for working out the things that help your back. I spent years going to Osteopaths before I worked out how beneficial exercise and stretching is. This all started in my teens. Yoga has been a massive game changer and yes, even 5 mins a day of stretching makes a massive difference. I very rarely go to physios now, I am happy to say.
I'm really glad that changing your mattress worked well too.
