This was a long time ago. I’d never have eaten raw duck, the environmental health officer said it was all too easy to pick up. Over 10 days I may well have eaten chicken too but I always used to be careful about cooking poultry and meat thoroughly.
I once bought in date chicken from the supermarket and found it going green in the wrapper when I got home. I asked them to do a lab test but they ignored me, offering vouchers instead.
