Sounds like heaven to me!

Coldwater Lake itself is quite large at 1,610 acres in size. It is 92 feet (28 m) deep at its deepest point. It’s a great fishing, boating, skiing, and swimming lake. The water is so clear you can see the bottom in the shallow sections.
