Something new to try in Print on Demand
If you design for POD sites, then you are probably like me and tend to spread the load. It’s never a good thing to place all of your designs in one basket, so to speak.
About a month ago, out of the blue, I received an email from Fourthwall inviting me to sell via their website. My immediate reaction was suspicion. I’d never heard of this company, and believe me, I’ve done a lot of research on POD over the years. Emails from unknown sources tend to be spam, and most hold a catch. But this email was so well written that I decided to take a closer look. To be honest, I took a very close look, convinced there had to be a catch or a demand for a monthly or annual subscription, but I found neither.
Having been convinced this was a genuine offer, with no charges other than a commission charged by Fourthwall on sales (charges that were far from unreasonable in comparison to other sites I sell through), I decided to give Fourthwall a go.
Everything about their site was easy to navigate and comfortable to use. They supply a number of templates for you to set up your own storefrontage, and then all you do is upload your designs to their collection of clothing and accessories. It’s an extensive collection of apparel and accessories and, attractively, includes eco-friendly clothing.
