It is impossible to tire of shooting Norwich Cathedral.

The wintry branches provide a number of options to frame the spire.

I enjoy the intricate patterns they make against the sky.

Another view I particularly enjoy is from across this pond.

Somewhere else I enjoy at dusk is Whitefriars Bridge. I love the shape of it.

Whitefriars Bridge is named after an old monastery that was once nearby. I always half expect to see a ghostly monk passing over it.

The current bridge isn’t that old, it opened in 1925, but a few have been before it.

In the early 12th Century there was St Martin’s Bridge built 1110–1120.

Then in the late 13th Century a flood destroyed the wooden structure. It was replaced with another wooden structure which was demolished during Kett’s Rebellion in…
