I’ve heard of people getting plastic surgery to get jobs. It’s crazy. Surely society should be valuing the experience and the maturity older people bring.

If people keep dyeing their hair etc the ageism will never change.

I thought ageism was supposed to be illegal certainly here in the UK.

People need to kickback and set up companies that are for 40/50+ only.
