It wouldn’t even occur to me to use AI to write an article. I am here to be a writer not use robots to get my point across.

At the moment I think the AI generated content is painfully obvious, but I suppose that will change over time. I believe I’ve had AI generated comments left on a couple of my articles in the past even though the commentator reckoned he’d written it himself. The comments didn’t correspond to the articles at all, it was bizarre.

I listened to a podcast discussing AI with the CEO of Medium and I am delighted with the stance they are taking on it. It is heartening to know Medium wants to support human writers.
