If you are a photographer or artist, you will know it is a highly competitive world when it comes to selling your work.

You will always be asking yourself, “How do I get my work to stand out against all the others out there?”

Many go the route of simply posting their work as it is on social media. There is nothing wrong with that, and I do it myself.

However, the viewer will often see your work as just another picture for their momentary consumption. As they navigate through hundreds, if not thousands, of other images, your work should provide some visual stimulation.

So how do you make those viewers pause for a moment and consider buying your art or design?

Mock-ups can be a really useful tool in marketing. While someone may view your photograph or art and think, ‘Oh, that looks good,’ seeing it in a room setting, on a t-shirt or accessory, will give them a great idea of how it could look in their home, office, or to wear.
